If you can find the Kidney Park Hospital or the Maya building, then you are basically right at our doorstep. Because of the bus stand, we meet all kinds of people every day. Some are just passing through Trichy on a trip and others have been our neighbors for years. The kitchen stays hot because we are always frying up new batches of food to keep up with the crowd. It is a loud and busy part of the city, which suits us just fine. The address looks long when you write it down, but locals just know the corner by the bus stand. We didn't put much into fancy decorations or expensive lighting. There are just some tables and chairs for people who need a quick meal. The team here is just a few local people working hard to keep the place going and clean. If you are waiting for your bus to arrive or just left the hospital, you can come in and sit for a while. We try to work fast so nobody misses their connection or goes away hungry. It is just a plain chicken shop in a very busy part of Trichy, and we like it that way. We've been here long enough to see the city change around us.
