Kfc, Spencer Plaza, Anna Salai

We are over here at Spencer Plaza, specifically on Nallaiah Street in Chennai. Most people know this part of Anna Salai because it’s always moving, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while now. The shop sits at number 16. It’s not a huge place, but it gets the job done when people are hungry after walking around the plaza. Being in this 600 012 pin code area means we see a lot of different faces every day. Some are regulars who work nearby, and others are just passing through the city. We keep things pretty simple. There isn’t much to say other than we show up, get the kitchen ready, and start serving. The street outside can get a bit loud with the traffic, especially during the afternoon rush. We just focus on the orders. It’s a busy spot, and things move fast. Sometimes it gets a little chaotic when a big group walks in, but that is just how it is in this part of town. If you know Spencer Plaza, you probably know where we are. We don't do anything fancy with the decor or try to stand out too much. It’s just a spot on Nallaiah Street where people can grab a meal. Most of us here live nearby, so we know the shortcuts and the local rhythms. It’s just a normal day at the counter for us. We don't need fancy signs.
