Ezham Suvai

We’ve been running Ezham Suvai here on Collector Office Road for a while now. Most people in Trichy Cantt know where the office is, so finding us isn't too hard. It’s just a regular spot where we try to get the food right every day. My family helps out, and we’ve got a small team that’s been with us since we opened. Sometimes it gets really busy during the lunch hour because of all the offices nearby, so things can get a bit loud. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s mostly just tables and chairs and the smell of cooking from the back. We try to keep the place clean, though it’s an old building. People come in, eat, and head back to work. We know a lot of the regulars by name now. It’s funny how you see the same faces every Tuesday or Thursday. If you’re walking around near the collector’s office and you’re hungry, you can just stop by. There’s no need for reservations or anything formal like that. We just serve what we have ready for the day. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the crowd is bigger than we expected, but that's just how it goes. We do our own shopping for ingredients early in the morning. It keeps us busy. Trichy is a good place to be, and we like being part of this neighborhood. It’s nothing fancy, just a local eatery doing its thing day in and day out.
