Anbu Catering

Anbu Catering is what we do here in Perambur Barracks. We are located at No 17 Old Mariamman Nagarno 17. Our place is right across from the post office, which makes it very easy to find even if you are not from around here. Being in Perambur Barracks means we are in a very busy and historic part of the city. The post office is a major landmark so we tell everyone to look for that. We have been at this specific address for quite some time now. It is an older building but it has plenty of space for our cooking equipment and storage. The street is always full of people and mail trucks, especially in the mornings. We get to work early to avoid the worst of the heat and the noise. It is just a simple kitchen where we focus on our orders. We do not have any corporate people or fancy offices. It is just us and our pots and pans. Sometimes the address gets written as Old Mariamman Nagar and sometimes just Mariamman Nagar, but No 17 is where we are. We like the neighborhood because it feels like home. There is always someone to talk to on the street when we take a break. We just keep our heads down and do the cooking as best as we can every day. It is honest work and we are happy to be here. We hope to keep doing this for a long time.
