Nck Rebar Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of a spot on Main Road, right in Vandipettai Thirunaraiyur. We are in the Nachiyarkoil area, not too far from the post office. It's a busy part of Kumbakonam Tk in Thanjavur, especially on market days when the farmers are all moving about. Our office at 2-788/1 is where we mostly gather to figure out what needs doing for the season. It’s a group effort here. Since we are a producer company, a lot of us are involved in the day-to-day decisions. It isn't like those big city offices where nobody knows each other. We all know the land and the roads around here. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to hear ourselves talk, but we manage. We’ve been working out of this Thanjavur location for a bit now, trying to keep things steady for everyone involved. There’s a lot of paperwork that comes with running a company like this, but we try to keep it simple. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find a few of us sitting around a table with a stack of files and some tea. It's a practical setup, nothing too fancy. We just wanted a place where the local farmers could have their own setup without having to travel too far out of the 612602 zip code area. It works for us.
