The complex is a typical one for this part of the state, with a lot of different units all close together. We focus on our daily targets and try to keep the equipment running without too many breakdowns. It’s a practical environment with people who have been working together for a long time. There isn't much to say other than we show up and do what needs to be done every day to keep things moving.
