Aroma The Fine Gourmet

Our place, Aroma The Fine Gourmet, is located over in Thane West on Pokhran Road No 2. We are right near the Voltas Colony and not too far from the Reliance Fresh, which makes it easy for people to find us when they are out doing their shopping. The area is always buzzing with traffic and people walking their dogs or heading home from work. We have a decent space here at Thimgiri Associates. It took us a while to get everything set up the way we wanted, but now it feels right. The kitchen is usually the loudest part of the building, with pots clanking and the stove going all day long. We get a mix of people coming in, some from the nearby offices and some who live in the apartments close by. It’s a bit of a climb for some, but once they are inside, it’s a nice break from the noise of the main road. We don’t really use fancy tablecloths or anything like that. It’s more about having a comfortable spot to sit and eat. Sometimes the rain in Thane gets really heavy and we just watch it through the windows while we prep for the evening. It is a lot of cleaning and a lot of cooking, but that is just how it is. We like being part of this little corner of Thane West.
