Foodpro Machinery

You can find Foodpro Machinery on the ground floor of Harmony Mall in Goregaon West. We are in Office No. 26, right off Link Road. It is a bit of a different spot for a machinery business, being in a mall, but it actually works out quite well for us. People can find us easily and the air conditioning is a nice break from the Mumbai heat. We spend our days talking to people about different types of food equipment. Our office is small, mostly filled with manuals, some spare parts, and a couple of desks. It is not a huge showroom, so we cannot fit everything inside, but we have enough to show people how things work. Usually, it is just one or two of us here at a time. We do not use any corporate scripts when we talk to customers. We just tell them what we know about the machines and what might work for their kitchen or shop. Sometimes the mall gets busy on the weekends, but we are usually tucked away in our corner. It is a straightforward way of doing business. We do not have a lot of rules about how things should look. We just keep the place tidy and make sure we are here when we say we will be. If the phone rings, we answer it. If someone walks in with a question, we try to help. It is a simple setup on Link Road and we are happy with it.
