Bluefoods

Bluefoods is located at Flat No 601 in the Gavdevi Utkarsh Co-op Society. We are right on Link Road in Goregaon West. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, especially with all the cars and buses constantly moving on Link Road. Being on the sixth floor helps us stay away from some of the street noise, though you can still hear the horns honking during rush hour. Our place is basically a modified flat where we handle the food business. We have some kitchen equipment and a small area for the office work. It’s not a big restaurant with tables and chairs for customers; it’s more of a home base for what we do. The society is quite old, and we know many of the people who live in the other flats. We spend our time preparing things or managing orders that come in. Sometimes the lift in Gavdevi Utkarsh takes a while, so we have to be patient when we are moving supplies in and out. It’s a simple, honest way to run things. We don’t use any fancy words to describe ourselves; we just make food and try to do it right from our spot in Goregaon. If you’re looking for us, just look for the society near the main road. We’ve been here a good while now, and the neighbors are all used to the smells coming from our kitchen.
