We’re tucked away in Motilal Nagar 1, over in Goregaon West. The address is 44/363, which can be a bit tricky to find if you’re new to the area because the lanes all look kind of similar. We’ve been operating Pan India Foods from this spot for a while now. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a practical space where we get the work done. Most of the time, the rooms are filled with the smell of whatever we’re working on that day. We have a small team here, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. It gets pretty loud during the day with the local traffic and the kids playing in the lanes nearby. We don't spend much on fancy furniture; we’d rather just have stuff that works. We deal with a lot of suppliers and people coming in and out constantly. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when the deliveries arrive all at once, but we make it work. We aren't interested in being the biggest name out there, just in doing our jobs right. Life in Mumbai is fast, and we just try to keep up with the pace from our little corner in Goregaon. There’s always tea on the stove and someone working at a desk, no matter what time it is. We keep it moving and hope for the best each week.
