Zylame Restaurant

Zylame Restaurant is located right over in Dayalji Park, which is on Honey Park Road in the Adajan Dn area of Surat. If you know where Ayodhya Nagari is, we are just opposite that. It’s a decent spot in a part of the city that has grown a lot lately. We’ve been operating here for a while, just serving the locals who live around Honey Park Road. The restaurant isn't anything too crazy, just a simple place where we try to keep things clean and the food coming out on time. Being in Adajan Dn means we get a lot of families and people just out for a walk in the park. Sometimes the weekends get a little hectic and we might run a bit behind, but we do what we can to keep up. It’s a local business through and through. We know the neighbors and the people who work in the nearby shops. Our staff is mostly just local folks who live nearby. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or big ads. Mostly, it’s just about keeping the kitchen running and making sure the tables are set. Surat is a big city, but this corner of it feels a bit more like a community. We like being here across from Ayodhya Nagari because it’s easy for people to find us. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us, nothing more, nothing less.
