Bawarchi Restaurant

Our restaurant is located in Aagam Shopping World, right in the Vesu area of Surat. We are in units D-2 and D-3, right across from Nandanvan 3. Being near Agarwal School means we see a lot of parents and kids during the afternoons. Vesu has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings going up. The shopping complex stays pretty busy, so there is always someone walking past our windows. Inside, we have a simple dining area. We aren't trying to be a five-star place; we just want a spot where people can sit comfortably. The kitchen is visible from the side, and you can hear the pans clanking throughout the day. We have a few waiters who have been with us since we opened. They know the menu by heart. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles a bit when the place is full and it's forty degrees outside. We just do our best to keep things moving. We don't have a big mission statement or a polished brand. We are just a local restaurant trying to handle the daily rush. The floors get mopped several times a day because of the dust from the road. We get our vegetables from the market nearby every morning. It’s a lot of physical work, but we are used to it by now. Most people come here because they are already at the mall or live in the flats nearby and they want a quick bite to eat.
