Woodlands Caterers & Fastfood

Our spot is at L-4 in the Royal Palace on Ghodood Road, right across from the Agarwal Samaj Bhavan. Being on Ghoddod Road means we are right in the middle of everything. We handle both catering and some fast food, so there is always something going on at Woodlands Caterers & Fastfood. The Royal Palace building is well-known, and we’ve been in this unit for quite some time. In the mornings, we are mostly focused on the catering side, prepping large batches of food for lunch deliveries. Then as the day goes on, the fast food side of things picks up with people stopping by. It’s a bit of a juggle, but we have a rhythm down now. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and it’s filled with big burners and deep fryers. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just the basic counters and some chairs for people who are waiting. Across the street, the Agarwal Samaj Bhavan often has big gatherings, so we see a lot of the activity from our front door. It’s a very social area, and we know many of the shopkeepers nearby. We don't do any flashy marketing; we just rely on people seeing us here and knowing we've been around for years. Most of our day is spent dealing with suppliers or making sure the food is hot and ready on time. It is a lot of work.
