If you’ve ever walked down Salabatpura Main Road, you know how hectic it gets around the Nani Begumwadi area. That’s exactly where we are, at house number 4/3040. It’s not a quiet neighborhood by any means. There is always the sound of bikes and people shouting outside. Inside, it’s all about the ovens. They stay on almost all day and the heat is something you just get used to after a week of working here. We spend our shifts stretching dough, throwing on toppings, and watching the timer. It’s a fast pace because people get hungry and they don't like to wait. The floor is usually a bit dusty from flour, no matter how many times we sweep it. We have a small area for the delivery riders to wait, and they are always coming in and out with their helmets on. Our address in Surat-395003 is right in the thick of it. We don't have time for fancy corporate talk or long meetings. We just focus on the orders coming through the screen. When a big group order comes in, everyone has to jump in and help, even if it's not their job. We’ve had days where the power goes out and we have to scramble to keep things moving. It’s just a regular pizza shop life. We work hard, we get messy, and we go home tired at the end of the day.
