Coffee Culture The Ristorante Lounge

Our place is at Parle Point in Surat. We are located right opposite the Sargam Shopping Center, so there is always something going on outside. We call it Coffee Culture, but it’s more than just a place for a quick cup. We serve a lot of different food too. It’s a lounge setup, so we have some comfortable seating and some tables for bigger groups. The walls have some decorations, and the music is usually playing in the background. It’s a spot where people from Surat come to spend an hour or two. Some people bring their books or work, while others are just here for a chat. We aren't trying to be a fancy restaurant. It’s more relaxed than that. The kitchen stays busy making pizzas, burgers, and of course, coffee. Sometimes it gets quite loud when the college crowd comes in. We try to keep the place clean, though it’s a bit of a struggle when we are full. We’ve been at this location for some years now. Everyone around Parle Point knows where we are. We don't have a big marketing team. We just open the doors and let people in. The staff are local kids who work hard. It’s a plain, honest place to get something to eat or drink. If you're shopping across the street and need a break, you just cross over and come in. It’s just how things are here. We don't have a fancy script. We just talk to the customers like regular people.
