Our shop is located at number 54 in Karunesh Nagar, which is quite easy to find if you are near the Model Town Circle. We are right across from the Bharat Gas place in Parvat Patia. It is a busy stretch of road, especially during the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. We spend most of our time folding and unfolding sarees for people. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time folding than anything else, but that is the job. The shop isn't huge, but we pack a lot of stock into the shelves. We have been here for a bit now and know many of the faces that pass by every day. Parvat Patia can get quite congested with traffic, but it keeps things interesting. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. We just open up in the morning, dust the racks, and wait for the first customer. Sometimes the Bharat Gas trucks block the view a bit, but people still find their way in. It is a practical business. We deal with various types of fabrics and colors. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door. It gets a bit hectic during the festival seasons, and we end up staying late to tidy the place. It's just a regular local shop doing its thing near the circle. We don't make a big fuss about things. We just try to stay stocked up and keep the shop open on time every day.
