Vipul Textiles

Our business, Vipul Textiles, is located at 81/82 on the 3rd Cross in Muniappa Layout. It’s just off New Bazaar Street in Surat. Being in Surat, you can imagine how much textile work is going on all around us. Muniappa Layout is a busy little pocket, and our shop is often packed with different fabrics. We don’t have a big shiny sign out front, just the unit numbers. The space inside is mostly taken up by shelves and cutting tables. It’s a bit cramped, especially when we get a big shipment in, but we make it work. I’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so I know most of the neighbors. We aren't trying to be a high-end boutique. We just provide fabric to whoever needs it, whether they are small tailors or just people looking for a piece of cloth. The New Bazaar Street area is always loud and full of life, which keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the power goes out or the delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow lane, but we just deal with it as it happens. It’s a straightforward life here. We open up, sort the cloth, talk to the customers, and close up when the sun goes down. It's just a regular Surat textile shop, nothing more and nothing less.
