Vinayak Textiles

Our spot is L-15 in the Sagar Building which is located in Moti Begumwadi. This is right in the middle of the Ring Road area and very close to Arihant Awas. Being in this building means we are surrounded by textile workers and traders from morning until night. It is a very active spot and there is always someone pushing a trolley loaded with cloth right past our front door. The floors are just plain concrete and the walls get a bit dusty because of all the fabric moving around. We spend most of our time here at Vinayak Textiles just getting things sorted and handled. It is not a glamorous way to work but it is what we know. We have a few basic desks and some benches for when people stop by to talk. The noise from the Ring Road traffic is a constant thing that you just have to live with. Sometimes it gets so loud that we have to raise our voices just to be heard inside the unit. We have been in this specific room for quite a long time now. The hallway light is usually a bit dim so we have our own lamps to see what we are doing. The tea seller comes by every couple of hours and his tea is a big part of our daily routine. There is a lot of history in these old market buildings and you can see it in the worn-down stairs. We just fit right in and do our business.
