Vinayak Textile Agency

Vinayak Textile Agency is situated in the Sagar Building at unit B/201. We are near the Hariom Market area in Journalist Colony. It is specifically on the 2nd Cross in Surat. It can be a bit of a puzzle for new people to find the building because the streets are quite narrow and scooters are parked everywhere you look. Our office is on the second floor and it is a modest space. We use it to keep our papers and meet with people who come by to see us. The Journalist Colony is a little bit quieter than the main road but you can still hear the city noise all around. We have stayed in this building for many years. The walls might need some new paint and the floor is a bit worn but we are too busy with our daily work to worry about how it looks. There is a small window that lets in a little bit of sunlight during the day which is nice. We start our mornings by going through what needs to be done and making our calls. It is a lot of back and forth with different traders. We do not use fancy computers or systems but rely on our notebooks and our memory. Sometimes the people from the neighboring offices come in to borrow something or just to chat about the local news. It is a friendly building and we just do our job and keep the agency going day after day.
