Versatile Fabrics

We are located at B 522 on the upper ground floor of the Erica building in Magarpatta City, right on the Ring Road. It’s a newer area compared to some of the old markets, so the building is a bit more modern. Even so, our work is still the same old fabric business. We have a lot of different types of cloth tucked into every corner of the unit. The "Upper Ground" part sounds fancy but it's just a few steps up from the street level. We get a mix of people coming in, some just looking and some who know exactly what they want. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving bolts of fabric around for people to see. The space is a bit cramped because we try to fit as much stock as possible inside. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know where everything is hidden. It’s mostly about keeping the stock moving and making sure we don't run out of the popular items. We eat our lunch at the back of the shop behind some curtains. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We don't do much in terms of decoration; the fabrics provide all the color the place needs anyway. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three customers come in at once, but we manage.
