Veean Fabrics

You can find Veean Fabrics over at the Surat Textile Market. We are in unit C-1005 on Ring Road. It’s one of those big buildings where everything looks the same if you aren’t used to the layout. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the shortcuts and the best places to grab tea. Our space is just a standard shop where we keep all the fabric rolls. It’s usually a bit dusty and full of bags, but that’s just how the market life is. We spend most of our time dealing with the stock. Ring Road is always busy, so getting here in the morning usually takes some time. Once we’re inside, we just get on with it. It’s a lot of paperwork and physical labor. We don’t really do anything special, just sell fabrics to people who need them. Some days are busier than others, especially when new collections arrive from the mills. We try to keep the shop organized, but it’s hard when space is tight and more stuff keeps coming in. It’s just us running the place. No corporate suits or anything like that. We wear regular clothes and drink a lot of chai while we work. The market has its own rhythm, and we’re just another part of it.
