Unique Fur N Fabrics Private Limited is located at number 48 in the Khatodara GIDC area. We are tucked right behind the Sub Jail, just off the Ring Road. It is a bit of a weird landmark to tell people, but it works every time. Being in Khatodara means we are in the middle of a lot of industrial activity. There are always trucks idling and the sound of machinery from the neighboring units. Our space is mostly taken up by big rolls of fabric and various types of fur materials. It is a bit heavy and physical work, moving those rolls around all day. The building is old and does not have much style, but it is sturdy and keeps the rain out. We have a small office area near the front where we keep the books and handle the phone calls. Most of our time is spent in the back, checking the texture of the materials and getting things ready for transport. The Ring Road is always jammed, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle. We have been operating from this Khatodara spot for years. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy showroom. We just provide fabrics to people who need them. It is a straightforward business, and we are just regular people making a living behind the jail.
