Uniform Sarees Corp.

Uniform Sarees Corp. is based at Multifabrics House, number 2/24 in Agiyari Mohalla. We are right across the street from the BJP office in Rustampura. It’s a busy part of town and finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days. Our shop isn't a typical retail boutique where you'd go for a single fancy outfit. We mostly deal with sarees for groups, like schools or hospitals where everyone needs to wear the same thing. It’s a lot of work to manage those kinds of orders. We have to make sure the dye lots match perfectly so nobody looks different from the rest of the group. The building we are in, Multifabrics House, stays pretty busy with people coming and going. Inside our space, it’s mostly just shelves and stacks of boxes. We spend a lot of our time counting and checking for any pulls in the fabric. It’s a small team of us working here. We’ve been in Rustampura for quite a long time now and we know the area well. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to get the orders right and delivered when we said they would be. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook and other times it's quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving forward in our little corner of Agiyari Mohalla.
