Ultra Creation Mfg.Lace Boders

Our office is up on the fifth floor, units 5015 and 5016, inside Shree Mahavir Textile Market. We are right across from Bhaktidham Mandir on the Kadodara Road in Surat. It’s a loud area with all the traffic and people coming to the temple, but we like it here. We spend most of our time dealing with lace borders. There is always a lot of thread around and the machines make a steady hum when things are running. It’s not a quiet place, but it feels right for what we do. We’ve been in Surat for a long time because this is where the action is for textiles. The walk up to the office can be a bit much if the lift is slow, which happens sometimes. We usually have samples hanging on the walls and boxes stacked in the corners. It’s not a showroom; it’s a place where work gets done. My family helps out, and we have a few workers who have been with us for years. We talk to customers, show them the different lace designs, and figure out the shipping. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out. The view from the window isn't much, just more buildings and the road below. We keep things simple and don't worry about looking fancy. It’s just about making sure the borders look right before they leave the door and reach the customers.
