Uday Hills Bar & Restaurant

You will find us at the Hotel Uday Hills, which is located on the Saputara to Nasik Road. We are in the Hatgad area, which is near the border. Being up in the hills means we get a lot of people who are traveling between Surat and Nasik. The restaurant and bar are part of the hotel, so we see a lot of guests who are staying overnight. It is a simple setup with a view of the hills when the weather is clear. We do not have any corporate style or fancy uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and serve the food. The menu has a bit of everything because travelers have different tastes. Sometimes the wind gets quite strong up here and it can get a bit cold, especially in the evenings. We try to keep the place feeling comfortable for everyone. The road outside is always busy with trucks and cars moving through the hills. We get our supplies from the city, and sometimes the delivery takes longer than we expect because of the mountain roads. We have been running this place for a while and we just take each day as it comes. It is a good spot for a break if you have been driving for a long time. We just provide a place to sit, eat, and relax for a bit before you have to get back on the road.
