The Hog Spot

The Hog Spot is over in Vesu, at G-5 in the Trinity Cygnus building. We are part of the Someshwara Enclave area, right on the Udhna Magdalla Road in Surat. It’s a growing part of town, and there are always new buildings going up around us. We chose this spot because it’s where people live and walk their dogs in the evening. Our shop isn't very big, so things can get a bit cramped when the dinner rush starts. We have a few tables inside and some space out front. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Surat; we just want to be the place people think of when they’re hungry in Vesu. The staff here is just a few of us who grew up around here. We don't use any corporate scripts when we talk to you. If a dish is going to take twenty minutes, we’ll just tell you that. Sometimes we forget to change the music playlist, so you might hear the same songs twice. The walls have some posters we liked, and the floor shows some wear and tear from all the foot traffic. It’s a practical place to get some food and talk to your friends. We don't do anything fancy, we just keep the grills hot and the sodas cold for whoever stops by. It is just a simple spot in Someshwara Enclave where we work hard.
