Textile Deal

We are in the Japan Market at shop number J 7, which is near the Delhi Gate area on Ring Road in Surati Nagar. It’s a very central spot for textiles and the whole neighborhood is basically dedicated to fabric. The streets outside are usually clogged with traffic and people, especially around the Ring Road intersection. We have been operating out of this small space for quite some time. Inside, we don’t have much room for anything that isn't fabric. We keep the rolls piled up high against the walls to make use of the vertical space. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when more than two people are inside, but we make it work. Surati Nagar is a busy part of town and there is always something going on just outside the door. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or have a big corporate office. It’s just us and the cloth. We spend our mornings sorting through the new arrivals and our afternoons getting orders ready to go out. The light in the market isn't always the best, so we have some bright bulbs hanging from the ceiling to help us see the colors properly. We have a lot of regulars who know exactly where to find us in the J 7 spot. It’s a steady, hard-working life and we are just happy to be part of the local market community. There’s no big secret to what we do, we just show up and work.
