Textile Bazaar

You can find us at Textile Bazaar, which is located in the New Ratan Market on Ring Road. We have a few units there, specifically numbers 1005, 1006, and 1010-1011. It sounds like a lot of space, but with all the stock we keep, it feels pretty small most of the time. The Ring Road area is famous for textiles, so there is always something going on. We are usually busy from the moment we open the shutters. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to cloth. People come from all over to buy in this market. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the best, we just want to get through the day's orders without making too many mistakes. It's a lot of lifting, packing, and haggling over prices. That’s just the way it works here. We have a few guys who help with the loading and unloading of the trucks. The New Ratan Market is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We’ve been in these units for a while, so we’ve seen shops come and go. We just stay focused on our own business. It’s a practical way to live. No one here wears suits or uses big words. We just talk about fabric and prices and how soon we can get things shipped out. It's hard work, but it is what it is.
