Talawat Fabrics

Talawat Fabrics is located over at Hari Om Market on Ring Road. We are in unit 2044, up on the first floor. If you know the Ring Road area, you know how hectic it can be with all the markets clustered together. We’ve been operating from this space for a bit. It’s a standard market stall setup. Most of our day is spent moving stock and talking to traders who come through. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just shelves and boxes of fabric. The market gets pretty crowded by midday, so we try to get our main sorting done early. We’ve got a few people working here to help move the heavy rolls. It is a bit loud sometimes because of the traffic outside and the other shops nearby. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes the elevator in the market is slow, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. People know us for being in this specific corner of Hari Om Market. We don't spend money on big signs. We just keep the door open and handle whatever comes our way. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Usually, we finish up around seven in the evening if everything goes to plan and the stock is all moved.
