We are located at H-1001 in Tirupati Market on Ring Road. It’s a big textile hub and we are right in the middle of it. Most of our time is spent dealing with imports and exports, hence the name. The office is usually stacked with papers and samples from different places. It isn't a place for window shopping, really. We are busy with phone calls and checking on shipments that are coming or going. The elevators in this building are always slow, so we end up walking up and down the stairs a lot. Ring Road is the heart of the cloth trade here, so it’s always loud and crowded outside. We’ve been here long enough to know how to navigate the chaos. We have a small team, and we all do a bit of everything. One minute I’m on the phone with a supplier and the next I’m helping load a truck downstairs. It’s not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. We eat lunch together most days, usually something brought from home. The market has its own rhythm, and we’ve learned to follow it. We don’t make big promises or use fancy words. We just handle the goods and make sure they get where they need to go. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve been doing it for years now and we know the ropes. Every day is a bit different, which keeps it interesting.
