Summit Restaurant

You can find Summit Restaurant on the Surat Navsari Road, specifically in the UN area of Surat. We are right near the IBP Petrol Pump at Patiya UN. It’s a busy road with a lot of trucks and cars passing by all day long. We set up here because there are always people moving through 394210. The restaurant is just a straightforward place. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. It's mostly just tables, chairs, and a kitchen that stays busy. Living and working in Surat means you get used to the heat and the traffic. We open early and stay open late because that's when people are on the road. Sometimes the petrol pump next door gets a line of cars and things get a bit chaotic, but we just keep doing our thing. It is a family-run kind of setup. We do the cleaning ourselves and make sure the food is ready for the drivers and locals who stop by. We aren't part of some big group. It’s just us here. We’ve seen the road get wider over the years. It’s a noisy spot but it’s our spot. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook and serve. If you're driving towards Navsari, you’ll likely see our sign near the pump. It helps if the road stays clear enough for people to pull over.
