Sumangal Sarees

Sumangal Sarees is located at 778/779 along the Ring Road. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s basically the heart of the cloth trade. The road is always packed with vehicles and people moving goods back and forth. Our shop is a busy place because there’s always something that needs to be done, whether it’s unpacking a new shipment or helping someone pick out a saree. We have two units side by side, which gives us a bit more room to breathe, but it still fills up fast. We don't use any of those polished marketing slogans because that’s just not how we do things here. We are more about the practical side of things. We show the fabric, we talk about the colors, and we move on to the next task. The atmosphere is pretty loud and fast-paced, which is just part of the deal when you work on the Ring Road. We spend most of our time on our feet. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in, and we’re constantly cleaning the counters to keep things looking decent. It’s a lot of effort to keep a saree shop running in such a competitive area, but we’ve managed to stay around for quite some time. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily chores that keep the business going. It’s not complicated, just steady work.
