So South Restaurant is in the Pratik Building on Rander Road, specifically in the Adajan Dn area of Surat. Our address is Pratik Building, Rander Road, Adajan Dn, Surat - 395009. We are located right across from the Rishabh Petrol Pump. This area is usually very busy with people fueling up their vehicles and heading to work. We have a modest space on the ground floor. We’ve been running the restaurant for a few years. It’s not a big corporate place. It’s just us and a small crew in the back. Our days start early with a lot of chopping and cleaning. There is always a lot to do before the first customer walks in. We don’t use any fancy advertising. People mostly find us because they are in the neighborhood. The street can be quite noisy with all the traffic on Rander Road, but inside we just try to keep things moving. We have simple tables and chairs, nothing too polished. We spend a lot of time on our feet, taking orders and making sure the kitchen is stocked. It’s hard work, but we are used to it. Most of the people who come in are locals from Adajan. We know some of them by name. It’s a steady routine for us, and we just keep at it every day because that is what we do and we like to stay busy.
