Sizzling Bite Pizza House

We are set up in Surat at G/3/4. It’s a straightforward little pizza house. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us in the kitchen making the food. The ovens take a while to get to the right temperature in the morning, so we get here early to start them up. You can smell the bread baking from the street. We have some benches out front for people to wait on. Surat is a busy city, and our street gets its fair share of traffic and noise. We spend a lot of time wiping down the counters and checking the supplies in the fridge. We try to keep things simple. If we run out of something, we just cross it off the board for the day. It’s a lot of standing on your feet, moving from the prep table to the oven and then to the counter. The lights inside are bright, and we have some pictures on the walls to make it look less empty. Most of our customers are people living in the apartments nearby who don't feel like cooking dinner. We see the same faces quite often. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three or four orders come in at once, but we just handle them one by one. It’s just a local business trying to stay busy and keep things clean.
