Siraat Restaurant & Banquet

Our place, Siraat Restaurant & Banquet, is situated on the 1st floor of Astha Square. That is in the Utran area of Surat, right by the Utran Power Station. We are also quite close to the Utran Kapodra Bridge. Because we are on the first floor, you have to head up the stairs or use the lift to get to us. We have the restaurant part and then a banquet space for when people want to host something a bit bigger. It isn't a massive hall, but it does the job for local gatherings and family events. Living and working in Surat means dealing with a lot of heat and dust, so we try to keep the hall cool for everyone who comes in. We started this because there weren't many places right in this part of Utran for people to gather. The bridge nearby brings in a lot of traffic, and sometimes it gets noisy outside, but it is quiet enough once you are inside. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just handle the cooking and the cleaning ourselves. Sometimes the decorations from the last party are still being taken down when the next people arrive, but that is just how it goes when things are busy. We are just a local Surat business trying to provide a space for the community here near the power station and we stay open late most nights.
