Silver Nest Restaurant

Silver Nest Restaurant is located right under the IDBI Bank on Ghoddod Road in Surat. We are in Essen House, which is a pretty busy spot most days of the week. Being below a bank means we see a lot of people coming and going for their errands. The street outside always has something happening, cars honking and people walking by. We started this place because we wanted to have a spot where people could just come in and get a meal without any fuss. It isn't a huge space, but we make it work with the tables we have. The staff usually gets here early to start chopping vegetables and getting the stove going. We spend a lot of time making sure the floors are swept and the tables are wiped down properly. Ghoddod Road is a main part of the city, so it’s easy to find us if you’re in the area. We don't really do much advertising; mostly it’s just people seeing the sign when they go to the bank or live nearby. Sometimes the lunch hour gets a bit crowded, and we have to move fast to keep up with everyone. It’s just a normal restaurant run by regular people who live around here. We’ve been at this address for a while now and know the neighbors pretty well. There’s no secret to it, just showing up and doing the work every single day.
