Sigdi Restaurant Private Limited

We are over at the Luxuria Business Hub on Dumas Road. If you know Surat, you know this part of town gets quite busy during the week. Sigdi Restaurant has been our main project for some time now. Running a place to eat isn't always easy. There are very early mornings and very late nights involved. We're up on the eighth floor in unit SH-801, which is a bit of a climb but the elevators usually work just fine. The kitchen is where most of the action happens. It gets noisy with the pans clanking and the staff shouting orders back and forth. We just wanted to have a place where people could get a meal without too much fuss or waiting. Being near Rundh, we see a lot of different people coming through our doors. It's a lot of work keeping things clean and making sure the food goes out on time. We don't really do the big corporate talk here. We're just local folks running a busy kitchen. Sometimes the seating gets full and people have to wait in the hall, but we try to move as fast as we can. It’s just us here, making sure the recipes stay the same day after day. We've been in Surat for a while and we like the vibe here. There's always something to fix or a menu to update. We just focus on the cooking and hope people leave with a full stomach.
