Shubhang'S Fabrics

If you look for us, we are at 4001 in the World Trade Centre. It is near Udhana Darwaja on Ring Road. It is a big building, and we are way up there. Shubhang'S Fabrics is where we spend our whole day. It is a bit different being in a large centre like this compared to the street shops we used to have. We still have the same piles of fabric though. My eyes get tired from looking at all the bright patterns sometimes. We have a lot of work to do every day, mostly keeping track of what is coming in and what is going out. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture in the shop. Just some sturdy tables and chairs for when we need to sit down. The windows give us a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy to look out at the city. People come here knowing exactly what they want. We don't do a lot of fancy talk or sales pitches. We just show what we have in stock. The elevators in this building are always slow, so we have to plan our breaks around them. We bring our tiffin from home and eat together in the small space we have at the back. It is a quiet kind of work most of the time. We just focus on the cloth and the customers. It is been our routine for a long time.
