Shubham Shrey Sarees

We are located at B- 11- 12 in the Surat Textile Market on Ring Road. Everyone knows how busy Ring Road gets during the day. It is almost impossible to find parking some days. We have been at this location for a good bit of time now. Shubham Shrey Sarees is basically my second home. I spend more time here than I do at my own house. The shop is filled with rows of metal shelves. We deal with so many different types of sarees that it is hard to keep track of them all. We spend our mornings sorting through the new arrivals that come in the mail. The market is always loud with people shouting and carts rolling by on the stone floors. We drink a lot of chai to keep ourselves going. Sometimes the lights flicker when the load is too high, but we just keep working through it. We aren't big talkers. We just show the fabrics and tell people the price. It is simple. We have some regular customers who have been coming to us for years. They know exactly where to find us in the back of the market. It gets hot in the summer, really hot. We just open the doors and hope for a breeze. By the end of the day, my back usually aches from lifting the heavy bundles, but we come back the next day anyway. That is just the textile business.
