You can find us at 16/A on Anand Mahal Road, right in the Krishnaian Palya area. It is a lively spot, and there is always something going on outside our door. We start pretty early in the morning because there is a lot of prep work to do before we can even think about opening up for the day. Peeling potatoes, chopping up spices, and getting the dough just right takes a lot of time. Shree Sai Samosa Centre is basically just a kitchen and a small counter where we serve people. It is not a place where you sit down for a long meal; it is more about grabbing something hot and going about your day. We see a lot of the same faces every afternoon when people are coming home from work or school. The smell of frying usually drifts down the road, which helps people find us if they have not been here before. We keep the stove going for most of the day. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, and other days we have plenty left over. That is just the way it is with a small food stall like ours. We do not have a big team, just a few of us working together to keep things moving. It gets hot in the kitchen, especially in the summer, but we are used to it by now. It is a simple business on a busy street.
