Shree Rang Creation

Our small space is at E-365 inside the Radhakrishna Textile Market. Being on Ring Road means there is never a quiet moment. We deal with different types of creations and fabrics. It’s mostly just us handling the rolls of cloth and making sure the orders are correct. The market is huge and it is easy to get lost if you don't know your way around. We have been in this unit for some time. There isn't much to say about the decor because we mostly have fabric piled up everywhere. It can get dusty and hot, especially in the summer months. We drink a lot of water and keep the fans running. Most of our days are spent checking samples or waiting for deliveries to arrive. Sometimes the trucks are late because of the traffic on the main road. That’s just part of working in Surat. We know most of the neighbors in the market and we often share news or a quick lunch. It is a simple life of buying and selling. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the business well enough. The work is repetitive but it pays the bills. You can find us here from morning until late evening most days of the week. It's a crowded building but we have made our own little spot in it.
