Shree Laxmi Decorators & Mandap Service is based out of the Swastik Disa Corporate Park in Bardoli. We spend most of our time out on the field rather than sitting in the office. Putting up mandaps and doing decorations is hard physical work, especially when the sun is out in Gujarat. We have a lot of bamboo poles, clothes, and lights stored away. When someone has a wedding or a small function at home, they come to us. We try to listen to what they want, but usually, people just tell us the size of the space and we get to work. It is not always perfect, sometimes a light might flicker or a curtain needs adjusting at the last minute. That is just how this business is. We have been doing this for years around the 394601 area. Our team knows how to load the trucks and set things up quickly. We do not talk much about visions or goals; we just make sure the stage is ready before the guests arrive. It can be stressful during the wedding season when we have three or four jobs at the same time. We just take it one day at a time. The corporate park is where we keep our stuff, but our work is seen all over the town. It is mostly about manual labor and making sure the fabric is tied tight so it does not fall down.
