Shir Food Consultancy

Shir Food Consultancy is based at Plot No.1 in the Maruti Dham Society, which is over in the Amroli area near the Char Puja Circle. We started this because we saw a lot of people struggling to figure out the rules for starting their own food businesses. It is a small office, mostly filled with stacks of paperwork and some old chairs for when people come to talk. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are high-level executives. We just sit down with whoever walks in and try to help them understand how to set up their kitchens or what permits they might need to look into. The area around the circle is usually noisy with traffic, but we have gotten used to the sound of horns while we work. Sometimes the fan in the office makes more noise than the cars outside. We spend our days looking at floor plans or reading through new guidelines that the government puts out. It’s practical work that requires a lot of patience. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees; it’s just us here in Amroli doing what we know how to do. We like seeing a new food stall or a small restaurant get off the ground because we know how much effort they put in.
