Seasons Pure Veg Restaurant

The shop is right in Golden Park, taking up those first three units on the main road. Adajan is always moving, and we see it all from the front door. We’re right across from Prime Arcade, so most people use that to find us when they’re driving through Surat. It’s a pure veg place, which keeps things simple in the kitchen. We get a lot of families coming in, especially in the evenings when the road gets packed with traffic. Sometimes it feels like the whole neighborhood is outside. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place tidy and making sure the food is ready when the rush starts. There isn't much to it, just a local spot where you can sit down and eat without a lot of fuss. The chairs are simple, the tables are wiped down constantly, and we just keep the lights on until late. Being on the main road means we get plenty of dust, so we are always cleaning. We've been here at L-1-2-3 for a while now, and the faces become familiar after a point. You see the same people walking to the arcade or heading home. It's just a regular part of the day here in Adajan. No fancy music or anything, just the sound of the street and people talking over their meals. We usually stay open as long as there are folks who need dinner.
