Sanvi Fabrics

Our shop, Sanvi Fabrics, is located at No. 316 in the City Center. That’s right by Sosyo Circle on UM Road. It’s a good spot because a lot of people pass through there every day on their way to work or home. We deal in all sorts of fabrics for different uses. The shop is usually a bit of a mess with scraps and samples everywhere, but we know where everything is hidden. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It's just a couple of us working here. We spend our days measuring out cloth and cutting it for the customers who walk in. Some days are very slow and we just sit and talk, while other days we don't even have time for a proper lunch break. UM Road is always busy, so the noise from the traffic is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We aren't doing anything fancy or special here. We just supply fabric to people who need it for their projects. Most of our business comes from word of mouth. Someone buys a bit of cloth, likes it, and then tells their neighbor about us. That’s how we’ve stayed open this long. The City Center building is easy to find, which helps new people find us. We try to keep a good variety of colors and materials in stock. It’s hard work sometimes, lifting the heavy rolls of fabric, but it keeps us busy. We’re just a small local business trying to do things right.
