Sairam Fabrics

If you are looking for Sairam Fabrics you have to find your way to Godown A 24 in the Umarvada area. We are tucked away on Mahalunge Road right near the Ring Road crossing. It is a warehouse more than a shop so there is a lot of space for the big rolls of fabric we keep. The floor is concrete and it stays a bit cooler inside than it is out on the dusty road. We have racks reaching up pretty high and we spend a lot of our time moving things around with the trolley. It is a lot of heavy lifting and checking labels to make sure we have the right material for whoever is asking. The lighting isn't the brightest but we know where everything is kept by memory now. Umarvada is always crowded with transport vehicles and you can hear the horns honking from the Ring Road all afternoon. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things moving. There is always a layer of lint on everything which is just part of the fabric business I guess. We don't have a big fancy office, just a small desk in the corner where we keep the books and handle the phone calls. It is a simple setup for Sairam Fabrics but it works for what we need to do. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out as they come without making a big fuss about it.
