Sai Satguru Textiles

Our place is No. 5003 in the New Shree Ram Market. It’s quite easy to find because we are right opposite the Radhe Krishna Textile Market on Ring Road. Being in such a large market means there is never a quiet moment. We handle all sorts of textiles and the shop stays filled with rolls of fabric. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough space to walk, but we know exactly where everything is kept. The area is always humming with the sound of carts being pushed and people haggling over prices. We don't do much in the way of decoration for the shop. It is a practical space for moving goods. We spend a lot of time talking to traders and making sure the transport guys know which bundle goes where. The heat can be a bit much in the summer, but we have a couple of fans that keep things moving. We started out small and just stayed here because the location is good for business. Most of our day is spent checking the quality of the cloth coming in and making sure the counts are right. It’s a lot of manual work and paperwork that never seems to end. We aren't trying to be the biggest players on the road, just trying to do our job so people come back next time. It’s just us and the fabric, day in and day out. We just take things as they come and keep working.
