Sai Aahar Fast Food

We are located at GF 1 on the Bhesan GIDC Main Road in Makarpura. Being in an industrial area means we get a lot of workers coming by during their breaks. The shop is pretty basic, just a ground floor unit where we do all our cooking and serving. Sai Aahar Fast Food is really just about getting hot food out to people who are in a hurry. We do not have fancy menus or decorations. We just have the things people like to eat when they are hungry and tired from a long shift. The stoves are usually going from late morning until we close up in the evening. It is a lot of standing around and moving quickly when the lunch rush hits. You can hear the pans clanking and the oil sizzling if you stand near the front. We have got a couple of small tables, but most people just stand or take their food back to their workplace. Makarpura is a busy place, and being on the main road means we see all sorts of people every day. We just focus on keeping the kitchen clean and making sure we have enough ingredients for the next day. Sometimes the supply trucks are late, and we have to scramble a bit, but we always manage to make it work somehow. It is just how running a small food place goes in a busy industrial zone like GIDC.
