We are located in the basement of the Krishna Textile Market. It is right near the JJ AC Market on the Ring Road. If you know that area, you know how packed it gets with trucks and people carrying bundles of cloth. Working in the basement means we don't see much of the sun during the day, but it stays a bit cooler down here when the Surat heat gets bad. Sahiba Fabrics has been part of this market scene for a long time. We handle a lot of fabrics and there is always a lot of noise from the elevators and the trolleys going past. It is a busy life. We don't have a fancy showroom with sofas. Instead, we have stacks of fabric rolls everywhere you look. You have to watch your step sometimes. We focus on getting the orders out and making sure the quality is what it should be. The Ring Road is always a mess with traffic, so we usually get here early to beat the rush. Most of our days are spent talking to traders and checking the latest arrivals from the mills. It is hard work and our hands are often tired by the end of the day, but it is what we know how to do. We don't spend money on big ads because the work speaks for itself when people see the cloth. We just keep things moving and stay busy.
