You can find us at No-17/18 in the Surat Apparel Park, which is part of the SEZ area. Working in the Special Economic Zone is a bit different than the crowded markets in the middle of Surat. The roads here are wider and things are a bit more organized, but it’s still an industrial place at heart. Our building is a plain, two-story structure. We use the space for making apparel. The main floor is full of machines and long tables where people are busy all day. It’s a loud environment because of all the equipment running at once. The walls are painted a dull white and there are posters with safety rules instead of decorations. We don't have a fancy entrance or a place for visitors to wait. If you come by, you're likely to walk right into the middle of the work. The SEZ has a lot of rules about who comes and goes, so it feels a bit more private than a regular shop. We have a small area in the back where we keep our lunch boxes and a water filter. The lighting is all bright and functional. It’s a place where we put in long hours and focus on the tasks at hand. We don't have time for anything that isn't related to the work. It’s a straightforward, hardworking atmosphere that suits the kind of apparel business we run here in the park.
